- civil engineer or equivalent
at least 2-3 years of experience working with humanitarian organizations on WASH projects
report writing skills
good level of English language - sound engineering knowledge

Responsibilities
- Supervise construction/rehabilitation activities
set out sites
check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
Supervise contracted staff
provide technical advice and solving problems on site
prepare site reports and filling in other paperwork
ensure that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
present project details and technical information to the local community and stakeholders.
provide weekly reports to the project manager
