University degree in civil engineering or any related specialization
Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing, and implementing emergency humanitarian relief response projects, especially WASH.
PMP/PMD familiarity.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Ability to represent the organization image in a professional manner.

Monitor, track closely the project plan implementation according to time, and achieve objectives.
Ensure that all project activities and rشelevant documents are documented/archived according to partner/donor/institution requirements.
Follow up with field team regarding project implementation.
Ensure that all forms used have complied with donor/partner regulations,
Translate all needed documents from Arabic to English and vice versa,
Prepare the procurement plan and all needed procurement requests for any relevant procurement,
Attend the procurement committee meetings for tender solutions related to all projects
Share any document with partner/donor after approval from direct supervisor.
support the field team with all documents and information needed,
Follow up the field team salaries/attendance and training needed.
Present MSO in cluster meeting regularly,
Submit the 4Ws and any additional reports to the cluster coordinator,
Monitor and Evaluate field team,
Perform any other tasks under the guidance of the direct supervisor.
